| Refunds & Exchange Policy: |
- If you are anything less than delighted with any item* for any reason, you can return it unused within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- After an inspection of the item(s) has been performed, if there is no damage, you will be issued a full refund of the purchase price and any sales tax if applicable. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
- This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
- Items returned for exchange due to in-store error** will have the original postage refunded to the original payment method only and no recharge for delivery of correct item.
- Items sent for exchange due to customer error will be charged delivery for the exchange item being sent out. Payment will be taken from the original payment method on the original order unless otherwise requested by customer.
